Vince Panella is a Houston based loving father of two and husband to Vicki. By the age of 30 he became a University Professor, best selling author, aviator and  Life Coach to over 250,000 students and 1000 corporations. Vince is now a Senior Executive at one the world's most successful and largest HR companies, where Time Control is the success mantra for his team. Productivity and profitability has now  increased many fold.

At the young age of 14, Vince  became  extremely conscious of the value of time and set a simple goal- to create the  most successful teaching organization where his research could be used to better the lives of people around the world; through behavior based time management, a field he pioneered.

In 1982 Time Control- The Success Centered Time Management organization- was created. In 1999 it became impractical  for Vince  to travel to the 25 countries where Time Control was taught, and, in keeping with technology,  became a learning portal on the web.
