The monthly planning sheets encourages you to create a Personal Roadmap for each year, track milestones and identify monthly goals in order of importance, using our unique DNA system. The tabbed monthly summaries are spread over two pages giving you more room to record deadlines, future meetings, personal appointments and project milestones. If you are the type who is busy at meetings, projects, managing people or running a business centre, the ever popular 2 Pages to each day (or day to an opening format) starts your day with the key goal, which means you are now reviewing your goals daily! The Plan @ Work column is subtly divided into three sections and designed to encourage you to plan according to your energy or alertness levels. In the first box record the High Energy/Alertness tasks-urgent/important tasks, followed by mid level energy tasks or the proactive important but not urgent tasks in the second box.The last section is for low energy level tasks and urgent but not important tasks. That way ,you plan on doing what gives you maximum return on your time & energy investment. Or you could use the untitled To Do sections to compartmentalise the A list or I Must do tasks followed by lesser important B's, I Should do tasks and finally list your C's or I Could do tasks. Some users list their tasks according to difficult tasks, which require high levels of alertness (high energy). This could be attacking the Prospecting list in the first section, Follow ups in second section requiring lesser level of alertness(once you've mastered sales management techniques)and Proposals in last section. Any of these options will maximise use of your energy alertness levels. High energy tasks in first section and low energy tasks in last section. You decide the tasks. Others may use high alertness times for critical design time and low level for documentation. Or park unexpected tasks in any one of those sections. tasks which are part of your profession but you dont control. Students read difficult subjects in periods of high alertness to retain information and photocopy in periods of low alertness. This is what the average energy graph looks like for Morning persons. 7-11am High Level Alertness/Energy. 11am -1pm Mid level Energy. 1-3Pm Low Level Energy 3-6Pm Mid Level energy. Plan according to your energy tank. Very often the type of lunch or breakfast (or lack of it) you consume govern the low level energy period. Heavy foods makes you lethargic till 4pm, light refreshing lunches perks you up from 1.30pm! The unique Plan @ Home section records all those tasks you need to remember, but often forget, creating unnecessary stress. Plan for health (exercise or diet you'll stick to), career (chapter of book youll read),family(return library books to avoid the fine! or help with maths homework. There is even an area for shopping list and menu or use it to record expenses. Each day in this format concludes with evaluating how you performed. It could relate to how many miles/kms you ran according to your goals, or how many invoices you mailed, or how many prospecting offers you sent or how many key accounts you contacted, or how much you spent or saved, or how many shares increased in value.... the list depends on your needs. Only PLANiT OrganiZer allows you to measure performance daily using our patented design. Using our unique format, create strategic plans for work, home, career and health. The popular 2 pages to each day ( or day to a view) format has a lot of room to journalise daily notes: that means all your records are logically organised in one place for finger tip accessability. Each quarter in the 2 page per day format starts with your quarterly objectives and record what worked and what didn't! Create a strategic plan for the next quarter using that data. Alternatively, use the 1 Page to each day for those who are more in control and do not need to record too much detail. The week to an opening is highly portable and gives you the opportunity to customise your planner with additional forms and tabbed dividers
