PLANiT OrganiZer unique prioritising and scoring system is fool proof. The plan at work section is divided into three sections or boxes. Use it in a way that suits you.

• The first box is for high energy level, high ROI A Tasks or the I must do list.

• The second planning box is for B tasks or I should do list and

• The last box is for low energy level C tasks or the I could do list.

You can also use the first box for Project A tasks • second on Project B tasks and • last box on Administration tasks or Project C tasks.

Some users use the  • first box on important calls to make while they are bright and energetic giving them high ROIs  • next box on follow ups and  • the last box on letters to be sent, accounts to be reconciled and so on.

We have seen users using the three boxes to manage three teams-follow ups, delegations and so on.The choice is yours. Use it to suit you.

This following system saves you valuable prioritising time. You can still itemise as * high priority A+ urgent and important tasks ,A important,B to C tasks which are important but not urgent.

Step 1: Find quiet time and make it a point to plan each day

Step 2: Beginning today, start listing the things that you need to do.

•Things that must be done this day are to be listed under "I Must Do!" A tasks in the first box. They are also your high energy, high Return On time Investment tasks

•Things that should be done this day, if possible, but could be postponed, if necessary, are to be listed under "I Should Do!" B Tasks in the second box. They are your medium energy level tasks with still a reasonable amount of return on your time investment

•Things that could be done, if time permits, but may be delayed without penalty are to be listed under "I Could Do!" C Tasks in the third box. They are tasks you do when the energy is dipping.

At the end of each day score yourself and record it in your Scorecard box. This is your daily Activity Log and unique to PLANiT OrganiZer. Score yourself regularly when things are getting out of control. It is guaranteed to bring you back on focus!
